If you are enrolled in an instant-access course, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. 2.2. Deferment Policy: In the event of an unanticipated scheduling conflict, you may request a deferment once per registration in a specific course. Deferment requests must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase..
2.3. Transfer Policy: If you find that a course is not suitable for you, you may request to transfer to another course with an equal or lesser registration fee instead of requesting a refund. Transfer requests must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
