Here is a breakdown of the news from the video.

Midjourney Version 6 - Midjourney Version 6 is now available to the public, and to nobody's surprise, it is phenomenal. We have already witnessed its use in magnificent ways, from creating short films about WWII to generating spectacular AI fashion content.

Midjourney's AI Video Generator - To kick off the new year, Midjourney is beginning to train video models. Midjourney's CEO, David Holz, shared this during their office hours at the end of 2023. We can anticipate this new AI Video generator's release this year, hopefully within a few months.

Leonardo AI's New Video Tools - Leonardo recently launched an AI video generator, which now creates videos with improved consistency and fidelity to some of the other tools. Honestly, it's phenomenal. The only downside is that you have to use images generated by Leonardo.

Leonardo's Realtime Image Generator - Leonardo has also released a real-time image generator. Literally, as you type in your prompts, you can begin to see your image forming. I feel like the next step will be reading our minds.

Runway's New Magazine - Runway is launching a magazine that might be one of the most aesthetic ones out there. The irony lies in the fact that you cannot use the artwork from the magazine to train any AI tools.

Runway's New Feature - In addition to the magazine, Runway is continuing to innovate with awesome features like their new 'ambient' motion slider. It's perfect for finessing the animation in your video.

Runway's Aspect Ratios - You can now customize your videos' aspect ratios inside of Runway. This is currently only available for Runway's text-to-image feature, but we imagine it won't be long before they extend this ability further to video outcropping.

Learn AI Filmmaking - Our AI Filmmaking January session begins on Tuesday, January 9th. This is your opportunity to learn alongside some of the greatest artists in the world.

Open Voice - A new AI voice cloning tool has entered the market. While it isn't great, the interesting aspect is that Open Voice features dynamic and style controls for the cloned voices.Basically you can make your subject sound sad, happy, surprised, etc., just by adjusting a slider.

AI Hand Refiner - This tool helps ensure that the people in your image generations have a normal amount of fingers. We /imagine that soon, it will be integrated into various image generation tools.

Curious Refuge + Forbes - Big thanks to Forbes for featuring our Holiday Film Competition winners. We'll be hosting a new competition very soon… and let's just say it'll be our biggest yet.

Dream Talk - Here's a new AI lip-sync tool that seems to resemble Wav2Lip. The main difference is that this one should be much easier to use. Not available just yet, but very cool…

Motion GPT - By the end of 2024, animation could be transformed by spectacular text-to-motion animation tools like these. MoMask is another similar tool that serves as a text-to-3D animation tool.

Dream Tuner - Training a model for a consistent face has never been so easy. Now, all it takes is one image. Dream Tuner will make getting consistent characters for your films easier than ever.

Mistral's New LLM - Mistral is set to release a new LLM in 2024. Supposedly, it is going to be as good as ChatGPT 4.

2024 is the Year of AI - OpenAI's Co-Founder, Greg Brockman, said that he believes 2024 is going to be a breakthrough yearfor Artificial Intelligence. We thought 2023 was the breakthrough year, so that must mean there are some significant developments happening behind the scenes at OpenAI.

Suno - Suno, an AI music generation tool, isn't necessarily new, but it seems they may have recently updated their algorithm because it is now producing some bangers.
